You will get 3 textures Albedo,Normal and AO. The gloss map is stored in Albedo alpha channel. All textures are 4k but also look decent with 2k resolution.

The model comes with 2 LOD stages.

LOD0= 4111 verts & 4698 tris LOD1= 2907 verts & 2341 tris LOD2 =2004 verts & 1200 tris

For collision you can use LOD2 mesh.
