Wacom drivers can sometimes get finnicky, and troubleshooting can be a pain. Wacom has made some improvements and abilities to manually restart the drivers, but usually you have to quit the process and go through your app files to find and restart them. 

I've made these simple and easy desktop shortcuts, for Mac and Windows, that when clicked will do all that for you. Nothing crazy under the hood. the Read Me file has more info on how they work! And DIY instructions are included if you want/need to make them yourself. If your OS is in a language other than English, you'll probably need to change some commands and file paths. Google Translated instructions are included, which are hopefully accurate.
