    This model was made using real world scale for main shapes and details.

    The model has clean and fairly low topology, everything except doors and windows is textured. The UVs are fine for Cycles etc, but have to be redone if you'd like to use them in game engine because of overlaps. HDRI comes from hdrihaven.com under cc0 license and comes with this scene.

    You'll get everything what can be seen on pictures.

    Just open the file in Blender 2.92+, press render, done!

    If you'd like to open the scene with textures in other 3D software, then please import fbx packed file, so all the texture will be set up. Please keep in mind that when opening in different software, you'll have to redo lighting.
