Brownstones are typical urban houses in American cities, mainly in historic neighborhoods like Brooklyn and Manhattan in New York City. They are distinguished by their characteristic brownstone facades with elaborate architectural details.

The 3D model I created consists of a series of modular pieces to offer flexibility and ease of use in creating buildings of different sizes. The modular set includes a variety of elements divided into floors, with each floor featuring different characteristics.

Features of the model: Centered at origin in real world scale. Clean UVs, fully unwrapped. PBR materials and textures 4096 pixel.
