Finally! Here it is my animated Substance Water Drops / Wet Streaks Tool material which you can use with substance plugin inside your favorite 3d software. The only thing you need to do is to key and animate it or adjust the speed of drops flow (game engines, ​Substance Player).

Package contains optimized SBSAR file for 3d applications, Unity and Unreal with Substance Plugin and SBS file with graph and detailed descriptions.

Substance auto-animation was tested in Substance Player (load it and press play on the timeline to check how it works) and Unity.
