This is a 3D model of human heart extracted from real CT patient image.
In addition to 3d models in .dae, .mtl, .obj, .ply, .stl files, original CT image as well as an annotation, obtained using 3D slicer, from which 3d models are extracted is provided.
The model includes whole heart as well as following seven heart structures: left and right ventricles, left and right atrium, myocardium, aorta, and pulmonary artery.
