This is a 3D model of aorta and aortic vessel tree extracted from real CTA patient image.

In addition to 3d models in .dae, .mtl, .obj, .ply, .stl files, original CTA image as well as an annotation, obtained using 3D slicer, from which 3d models are extracted is provided.

CTA scan covers the ascending aorta, the aortic arch and its branches into the head/neck area, the thoracic aorta, the abdominal aorta and the lower abdominal aorta with the iliac arteries branching into the legs.

The 3D model includes aorta and aortic vessel tree.
